Explorer Consulting (formerly Explorer Associates) was set up in 2001. We provide consulting and coaching to
organizations throughout Asia, covering a wide range of management and strategy topics. We have led over
30 projects in strategy development, operations improvement, and leadership development. Our clients
include Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong and Shenzhen campuses),

In 2019, Explorer Consulting initiated a project called Explorer Futures Lab. The project aims to institute the
concept of future intelligence among young people so as to equip all of with the ability to independently
